I started Bobby Air LLC because I was tired of seeing how massive heating and cooling companies treat local homeowners. Out there in the corporate world, technicians are heavily pressured to act like high-stakes salesmen, using fancy, confusing words to trick people into buying expensive replacement equipment they don't actually need. I chose to build a business that operates completely differently. I do not have a fancy corporate boardroom, a massive office building to pay for, or an army of sales staff earning commissions on your tab. It is just me, my service van, and the technical tools required to fix your systems properly.
Operating as a dedicated one-man company means that when you reach out, you are dealing directly with the guy who diagnoses and repairs your equipment. I am fully EPA certified, insured, and formerly NATE certified, which means I bring high-level technical expertise straight to your home without the usual corporate markup. It might take me a minute to get back to your call or email if I am buried deep inside a crawlspace fixing a furnace or up on a roof working, but that small delay allows me to save you real money on your final bill. I run my business with a strict "no bullshit" policy, meaning I will always tell you exactly what is wrong, offer a fair and honest price, and focus entirely on fixing your equipment rather than upselling you.
